Two related questions: (1) do I have and how to register my new address of my own house here in Koh Samui through a TM30 (up to end July my TM30 states my address in former rental, also on Samui)?, and (2) My Non-O retirement 12 months extension (done last month) was based on old rental address. Can I wait until next 90-days report (October) to use new address for Immigration or do I have to report now?
Much thanks for advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To register your new address in Koh Samui, you need to file a TM30 within 24 hours of your move. It's important to ensure that the address on your TM30 matches the one you will use for your next 90-day report. Failure to do so may require you to present a current TM30 and possibly incur a fine. You can register your new address online through the immigration website.

Morning Wayne. I successfully registered my property, and changed password when requested by the site. Yet I cannot Login with both old or new PW. Could it be they are still in process of assessing the documents I submitted on ownership property and my passport copy? Bit frustrated as have to do my TM30 at new address. Thanks.
Dear Wayne I got it running n could register n log in via the other "App U. 38". Yet after filling the TM. 30 data., the saving function mentions error as follows, two screenshot follow below. It could be because the Excel file I used is not the (latest 'TM. 30 Form Version3') and was rejected for uploading?
When you do your next 90 day report the address you list must match your current TM30. If it doesn't you will be required to present a TM30 before they will allow you to do a 90 day report, and there might be a fine for no current TM30. That should answer your question. You are required to have a TM30 filed within 24 hours after your move.
much thanks for response. OK so I do the TM30 soonest with new address. I assume I can do for myself, as house owner. Any webllnk to do online? If not I would have to go IO to do so isn't it?
