Hi, I  am  on a retirement visa and I have moved address since my last 90 day report. Could someone tell me what documents I need to take with me on my next report?

my buddy in Bangkok has never filed a 90-day report in 26 years. . .but now it seems Immigration is enforcing it, no matter what. He was invited to pay the 2000 THB fine. And this after 26 years of never reporting . . . . you can maybe imagine how pissed off he was 😊

Phuket is gonna require you (or the land lord) file a TM30 <-notification of foreigner in residence and MAYBE (not sure) a TM28 change of address before you can file your next 90 day report

You'll get better answers on a Phuket f/b page though that is one squirrely immigration office and they do things their own way

the maximum fine (for the foreigner failing to file a TM30) is 1600 baht BUT most offices charge just half that (800 baht) IF you file late. They stamp it on your receipt
