I have been issued a 1 year retirement extension at Nong Bua Lamphu.
I want to move to Phuket which is a different immigration office.
What do I need to do?
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
To move your non O visa, specifically your 1-year retirement extension, from Nong Bua Lamphu to Phuket, you need to file a TM30 form with the local immigration office in Phuket. This form indicates your change of residence. After you do this, you can carry out your 90-day reports and future visa extensions at the Phuket immigration office.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
When you move, your landlord or you go to the immigration office and file a TM30 stating you now live in Phuket, then you can use the immigration office there for your 90 day reports and your future extensions.

If you are renting a condo from a falang what do I need from them?
GO to the Phuket Immigration office and get the sheet they hand out that lets you apply for a TM30 for your land lord. It used to be this one, BUT I'm not sure it's the same any more..
and that revenue stamp for the power of attorney is actually a "tax stamp" that you can get at most mom and pop grocery stores. You need two 5 baht ones
in Phuket you need a copy of passport, visa and department card from your foreign landlord, copy of tanbien baan and copy of the chanode of the condo, your rental contract, copy of your passport visa and departure card, and if the owner not comes to immigration himself, a power of atternay.
Phuket has a group of volunteers to help you in your language.

You also make a change of address with a copy of lease agreement and a copy of your landlords ID.
