When do I need to submit my 90-day report for my Non-O retirement visa in Thailand after moving to a new apartment?

Hello all?! I am on a Non-O retirement Visa.

I returned from a foreign trip on December 2nd with the re-entry permit.

My landlord filed the TM-30 for me on December 3rd.

My lease expired in October and I found a better apartment that I'd like to move into on February 1st. That new landlord will also file another TM 30

My question is when do I do my 90-day report? It's a bit confusing. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report for a Non-O retirement visa holder is due 90 days after re-entering Thailand, which in this case is December 2nd. It's important to note that the 90 days does not equate to a calendar 3 months; reports can generally be filed 7 days before the deadline.

Be aware 90 days does not mean 3 months and you can file the TM47 earlier. If I remember correctly about 7 days

Only one thing in all of this is relevant. When people did TM30 or you moving doesn't matter.

When you entered Thailand, you start counting from day 1. Your 90 day report is due in 90 days from then.
