Hi, what document is required for a change of address, I have moved from Pattaya to Korat and my 90 days reporting is due in a week. My landlord have reported the new address but do I need to go a new residence of certificate since I probably cannot report 90 days online due to change of address. My retirement visa is good until July 5th. TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
To report a change of address after moving from Pattaya to Korat and in preparation for your 90-day report, ensure your landlord has filed a TM30 form. You may need to file a TM28 form for the change of address, though it may not be required at all offices. It is possible to report your 90 days in person at the immigration office, and you can submit your new address there and obtain your certificate. Some expats have reported that the process can be simple and quick at Korat Immigration.

I did a change of address and 90 day report at Korat Immigration a few weeks ago. I didn’t need any forms as both officers (ladies) did it all for me in their computer system. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Hope you have the same luck tomorrow.

IF your land lord filed a TM30 on you make sure you get the screen grab if they did it online or the receipt if they did it in person. You mostly likely will have to file a TM28 <- change of address form, (not all offices require it but quite a lot do)

Seeing as you can file a 90 day report in person from 2 weeks before, down until 1 week after the due date, I'd go over to the immigration office this week with the TM30 receipt and your lease, see if you have to file a change of address form, (if you do, do it), then file a 90 day report in person with the new address to get you into the data base with that addresss so you can file the next one online and also get your extension there when it's due 🙂
