My next 90 day report is due on June 5. I have a Non-O visa and am on a 1 year marriage extension which was done at Pathum Thani immigration. I am now in Koh Phangan (Surat Thani).
Firstly can I do the 90 day report in another province other than Pathum Thani, and if so what do I require? Do I have to first report my new location, can this all be done on the same day as the 90 day report?
Thanks in advance π

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about completing their 90-day report for their Non-O visa and marriage extension while currently residing in Koh Phangan, Surat Thani. They question whether they can do the report at a location other than Pathum Thani and the necessary steps, including the submission of the TM30 form. Comments suggest that reporting may be allowed at another province's immigration office if the TM30 is filed, and some clarification on their registered address is provided.

First, you need to submit Tm30 in that area. Then ask the immigration office (Phangan or Samui) about the 90days report if you can report there. Some offices allow you to do if you submit TM30. Some require you to submit another form. You can do TM30 and 90days report on the same day if you can do 90days there.
thanks again for your helpful assist. I was hoping you would reply... π·π·

For added information... It's a new one year extension of stay as you received it this year 2021
"Hi, I am on a Non-O visa and have applied for the 1 year extension for marriage. I got the under consideration stamp which takes me until March 5. My question is regarding 90 day reporting.. will my first 90 day report be 90 days from when I am granted my 1 year extension. Or is it 90 days from when I applied and received the under consideration stamp, which was on Feb 3?
is where you are now at your permanent residence in Thailand?
Did you use an agent in acquiring the extension of stay and stamp from Pathum Thani?
Are you living with your Thai wife at this time?
As you had just recently obtained the extension of stay based on Marriage to Thai... The Koh Phanang Thai immigration office may ask questions why you are seeking to file the 90 days report in their office and not where you are registered as living with your Thai wife.
it is for the time being. Ideally I will return to Pathum Thani in a few months time, but due to Covid we have stayed here longer than planned and thus the need to do 90 day report in a new province. So I donβt know if that complicates things more when I return and have to file another TM 30 back at the old address?
I did the 1 year extension myself.
