TLDR : Answer Summary
Users have reported encountering pop-up messages while attempting online 90-day reporting in Thailand. Possible reasons include not being in the correct reporting timeframe, mistakes in form submission, or being required to report in person for the first time. Thanks for all your comments! I have decided to report in person on the due date. Hopefully it will not be too crowded.

advice. Think I will go to immigration in person on the due date. Don’t want to mess with my extension of stay.

Is this your first report after returning from overseas? If so I think you need to do in person

Immigration is reportedly quiet just now. I don't know if they'll accept a report now or not but if they will it might avoid large queues come the end of the month.

Really? So this means that no matter if you have reported in person before... when you leave the country that doesn’t count anymore?

Potential problems:

1. Are you within the proper reporting timeframe? If no, then you can't use the system.

2. Are you filling out all the required fields (and only the required fields)? If you're adding in your airline number, for example, it will reject the claim.

3. Do you have your popups blocked? You need to enable popups before you can use the system.

4. Is this your first 90 day report? If it is, you must do it at your local immigration office.

5. Are you using an auto-translate feature in Google Chrome? If so, turn it off.

Had this before but its usually when I filled out the form wrong, not in the right time period or not selected the correct nationality.

I did report 90 days yesterday and approve after few hours.

If you got this massage will have two meanings :

1. It’s not really your due date to report !

2. Or it’s your first time to do report 90 days and cannot be made online and you need to do first report in person.

I have done 90 days reporting in person before. After that I was out of country which changed the due date for next reporting from April 16 to April 27.
