Hello to everyone and thanks for sharing all of the information. I plan to return to Thailand in November. I see that one of the documents I will need is a Fit to Fly certificate. I'm wondering if there are any fellow Canadians in this group that received that type of document in the past? Specifically wondering who issued it? Family Doctor? Thanks in advance.

It is a simple one line sentence on a doctors or medical centre letterhead, “ I hereby confirm that ........................ is Fit to Fly for his/her upcoming flight to Thailand”.
