When you have a Non O based on Marriage to a Thai and your applying for the extension of stay, do you need to have a minimum of 30 days remaining on your current stamp or can this be done at any point?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for an extension of stay on a Non O visa based on marriage to a Thai, you typically need to have 30 to 45 days remaining on your current entry stamp, depending on the specific immigration office.

I believe most offices allow you 45 days out

Which extension of stay? The 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family can be acquired anytime (I think) and the one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai wife can be acquired either 45 or 30 days remaining on the entry stamp, depending on the immigration office
