Hi guys. I have a non o visa valid for 90 days based on being a spouse to a non b (BOI) visa. My question, what is the minimum number of days left before expiry to apply for extension of stay? Is it 45 days before expiration or none at all? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for an extension of stay on a NON-O visa, there is no strict minimum number of days before expiry specified; however, it can vary based on the immigration office and the employer's BOI office requirements. It is advisable to consult the relevant authorities for guidance.

it depends on the immigration office you use and the employer and BOI office who have to prepare the documents for you. Best is to ask there first.
