What is the window, both before and after the date stamped in my Non-O extension of stay, in which I need to renew my yearly extension of stay?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your Non-O extension of stay in Thailand, you must apply within the window of 30 days before the expiration date stamped on your current extension. Applications made after this date are not accepted, and doing so would result in being classified as overstaying.

There is no AFTER, you do it before the expiration date you have now. Otherwise you're on overstay

no window as you can not renew it. You are allowed at most Immigration Offices to apply for a NEW 1 year Extension of Stay between 30 day before and the last day of the date mentioned after Extension of Stay permitted up to .././..

You wrote "and" after the word "before" so I thought you meant to right "after". And I can do that in Thailand, yes?

BEFORE this means if your last date is Jan 6, the window is 7th Dec 2019 till 6th Jan 2020

Okay, so if the last date is Jan 6 2020, I have until Feb 5th or so to apply for a new Extension of Stay from within Thailand?
