Hi All. Has anyone recently applied for marriage visa extension from the Nonthaburi Immigration office?  When can I start applying from this office 30 or 45 days in advance of the expiry of my stay?  Do you have to make an appointment online or can you just walk in and apply. It will be my first time applying. Tried calling the number given on the Immigration website, no answer as usual. Much appreciated in advance.

I can not give you exact answer but last year I did it there.. what i noticed was , they wanted dubble copy of everything and needed wittness for interview just to have chat and make sure I and my wife are really marraid. All in all they were nice an I had no problem.

This year it will be CW for me as I have moved to new place.

, in my case yes... they told me bring hen there.. I took a friend with me.

, yes... they will tell you if it needed . Just go there ask about requirments and ask if they need wittness for interview.

I,m sure i saw somewhere that the 90 day non o based on marriage could be extended a further 60 days before you need to apply for the 1 year exension, Know anything about that ?????

and why would you do that? Unless you need more time to meet the seasoning requirements to get the year extension off the 90 day Non-O entry just apply for the year. :/

I know for sure you can't make an appointment,

BUT

well before you need your extension I'd head over there with your thai wife and get the hand out listing the documents, photos, bank letter, TM30, etc required so that you don't show up not knowing what you really need.
