I have a marriage extension appointment at Chaeng Wattana on a Monday morning, but I can only get the 400K THB bank letter the preceding Friday. Does Chaeng Wattana accept bank letters up to 7 days old? Any advice appreciated!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The bank letter and the 3-month statement needed for a marriage extension appointment at Chaeng Wattana can be accepted if printed on the preceding Friday for a Monday appointment, as they can be up to 7 days old. It's also important to update the bank book on the day of the application.

No problem having the bank letter OR the 3 month statement (which you need too) printed Friday for a Monday appt. They can be up to 7 days old

Don't forget to update the bank book the day you apply for the extension as well πŸ™‚

No derogation of your expertise, Todd, but this is apparently not universally true; When I renewed in January in Hua Hin the office refused to accept a bank statement that was only one day old. I was surprised myself, since Hua Hin Immigration is relatively laid back, in my opinion.

I know for 100% fact that Chaengwattana will accept a bank letter or the yearly transaction report up to 7 days old

Had it been an office OTHER than Chaengwattana I would have told them to check with their immigration office
