Basically straightforward although immigration returned to me as though not required 1) hand drawn map of residence location. 2) BKB certificated detail of passbook 12 months transactions.
Bangkok Bank needed a week to produce the certificates. 900baht. I attended immigration the same day as receiving certificates.
Immigration kept: 1) BKB certificated copy of closing balance on passbook. 2) photocopy of 12 months passbook. 3) certificated history of Foreign transactions being a) list of monthly amounts over 65kpm and b) intimate details of routing of moneys listed on (a). 4) Copy all pages of Passport inc Departure docket. 5) receipt for latest month rent paid plus copy rental agreement for one year. 6) TM7 , photo, 2 page declaration of penalties for non conformance
