TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a 3 month Non-O immigration visa based on retirement, you will need to provide several documents, including:
- Financial proof: A bank book showing a minimum of 800,000 THB for at least the last 2 months, an income affidavit from your embassy, or at least 12 months of foreign deposits with a minimum of 65,000 THB per month if the affidavit is unavailable.
- A letter from the bank confirming your account.
- Copies of your passport pages, the TM6 departure card, and the Notification of Stay.
- A map to your residence.
Note that the specific requirements may vary by local immigration office, so it's advisable to check with them directly. Additionally, for a multi-entry re-entry permit, this can be obtained separately at international airports or immigration offices after your visa extension.

Yes, but many of my friends need to show the copies of their TM30 when they extend their retirement visa.

No, as the TM30 form is a registration of an foreigner at an address that needs to be done within 24 hours after arrival.

Robert answered the first part of your question. For the "multi-entry", I'm guessing you want a multiple entry re-entry permit. You'll get that separately at either most international airports or the immigration office after you have the extension of stay based on retirement

It may vary at your local Immigration Office, best way is to visit them for the hand out with their requirements or call them for the list if further away from your house.
