TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your Non-O visa with a retirement extension, you need the following documents: completed TM7 form, copies of your passport (including photo page, visa, entry stamp, current extension, and relevant pages), a copy of the TM6 departure card, your bank book with the last two months' statements, a letter from the bank confirming your balance, passport-sized photos, and proof of residence including a rental contract. Additionally, it's advised to check with the local immigration office for any updated documentation requirements.
