A lot of the Thai insurers won’t insure DTV holders as it’s considered a tourist visa, my recommendation would be Genki.

Nothing special for DTV.
If you don’t stay 180 + 180 days etc , a travel insurance from your homecountry, may be the best solution, since it also cover repatriation by serious illness / Accidents.
