Yes it is possible. 4500 thb insurance (60 day coverage) government approved insurance

(800 baht cheaper than what I did with LUMA). Still think it's worth the 800 extra (400/month...). You can also do 30 days or 1 year.

If you just need it for the COE it doesn't have to be a year policy, just a 30 day policy if you have a non immigrant visa.
