Hey guys - very confused over here. I am trying to purchase the $75 option from luma but when I select it the price jumps to $110. Anyone know what’s going on? Just trying to get normal health insurance in case of serious accident, and whatever is needed for the Thai pass.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about the pricing of Luma health insurance, observing that the $75 option increases to $110 when selected. Community members suggest that this could be due to factors such as the user's age, duration of coverage, or currency conversion issues. Others recommend checking the duration of coverage and considering alternative insurers. Several users share their experiences with different insurance providers and prices.

Make sure it's 60 days, you may have selected 61 days which would make it look like that, as they add another month.

Double check the duration, it’s 75usd for 60 days but 110usd for 61 days, or something like that

Just buy an insurance from another website. Just check who is the underwriter and google how good is their claims process. You can get a better insurance for a cheaper price.

Might be your age? The $75 is the "from" amount. Best contact Luma and ask?
