Thank you for the acceptance in the group ๐Ÿ˜Š Hope everyone is ok despite the circumstances. Requesting some info... my wife is going to Thailand on a ED Visa, can I ask for a Dependents Visa, or O visa for me and our 3 yrs old son? Or do we need to apply for ED visas for each one of us? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry revolves around whether an individual can apply for a Dependents Visa or O visa for himself and his child while his wife is traveling to Thailand on an ED Visa. Responses suggest that the Non-Immigrant O visa is suitable for dependents and that the wife's school may assist in processing a dependent visa for the family. Additionally, there are notes about potential quarantine requirements during travel.

Your wife's school should be processing a dependent visa for you both to follow her.

Yes. The Non imm O visa is the one you want based on dependancy.
