Question regarding education visa for children and parent non O student visa.

This will be our second year applying as the first annual expires in the fall.

Is there a checklist of requirements someone has handy?  

Specially the bank amounts and term.

Unfortunately, there is no "handy list" for that. You need to go to your local immigration office to get the latest handout for the requirements well in advance.

This is a copy of the police order for criteria. Detailed documents that required are vary by each immigration office. You may likely need some documents from the child's school as well as part of the proof of relationship.
