Hello:)

I hope some time can be found to consider this case.

My friend just got denied the non o extension as the benefactor of his son who goes to Thai school but is not Thai. His son got the ED extension.

So, my question is:

•Can the father go to Kuala Lumpur without his son to apply for the 3 month non o?

( I ask because the application form asks for ' proof of relationship with the main visa APPLICANT.'

He is no longer an applicant)

I'm looking forward to some sound feedback

Regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on whether a father can apply for a 3-month Non-O visa in Kuala Lumpur after being denied an extension based on his relationship to his son, who is attending a Thai school but is not a Thai citizen. They are concerned about the application requirements, specifically concerning proof of relationship to the main visa applicant.
