Hello all :) need advise on getting a dependent visa. My husband already has a retirement visa, and me and our kids are here on a covid extension. We're planning to fly to KL and apply for dependent Non-Immigrant O visas there. Does my husband have to come with us? Also, what do you think is the best place in July for getting our Non-O visas, KL, Penang, Vietnam? Thank you all.

Be sure your husband is already on 1-year extension based on retirement.

There is no need your husband has to be with you, BUT you need several copies of his documents.

@Robert ******
thank you for the info and the link. In this application form, who is supposed to be the "Local guarantor" and the "Guarantor in Thailand"? should both be my husband?
