TLDR : Answer Summary
For a NON-O visa renewal at the Changwattana Immigration Office, bank letters are accepted if they are up to 7 days old. Additionally, it's important to have the bank book updated on the same day as the application. A 1-year bank statement is also valid if it is issued within 7 days.

Besides the letter, the immigration office reminded me the bank book update in same day.

Chaeng Wattana accepts bank letters up to 7 days old.

For other members, check with your local office for their policy. Some offices do the same as CW. Some accept a few days maximum. There are some offices that only accept letters on the day of issue.
