TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for an extension of stay based on retirement in Jomtien, the bank letter can be dated up to 7 days before your appointment. Additionally, it's required to provide a year-long transaction detail showing monthly transfers from abroad.

you need to have a year transaction detail printed showing every monthly transfer from abroad the last year and at most offices the standard bank letter can be up to 7 days old.

Post on a Pattaya group and ask how old the bank letter can be to get accurate info

this is what the standard bank letter looks like and you will also need a year transaction detail print out from the bank and update your bank book on the date you apply for the extension
