Hi, I'm in the process of submitting my OA application online. I've reached the point where I need to upload my documents. So far there has been no mention of a trailing spouse/dependent. At what point do I get to associate my wife's application with mine? Thanks in advance for any advice - I'm getting a little worried.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for applying for a visa as a trailing spouse in Thailand requires separate applications. While the main applicant can submit their OA visa application online, the spouse must apply for a Non-Immigrant O visa independently, noting the spouse's OA visa in the application. Upon entering Thailand, the main applicant receives a year-long visa, while the spouse gets a 90-day visa. Before the spouse's visa expires, they can apply for an extension as the trailing spouse at the immigration office. Recent applicants confirm this process works with minimal document requirements.
