How long after applying for a Non-OA visa will I receive it, and does my husband need to leave Thailand to apply for his?
Hi I have received my non O visa and can apply for my O A on the 1st October does anyone know how long after lodging I will receive it? Also once I have it my husband wants to get his O A based on trailing spouse. Does he need to leave the country to do this and does he have to return to Oz or can it be done in any other country? We are retired and I have had $800000 baht in the bank for 2 months. He is on his first tourist extension right now
