How can I obtain a multi-entry Non-O visa based on my marriage to a Thai citizen while in Phuket?

Robert Lagas sorry Sir, im a bit confused now .

My knowledge was that Non imigrant O visa you get only outside country from the thai consulate( that's what i learned before from this group )

And once you have that visa you can convert it to extension of stay ( condition is to put 0baht 2 months prior application).

Now questions is :

Do i really get that visa for 1 year inside Thailand without that 0baht condition ?
