What is the best way for a Thai-Korean couple to obtain a ME NON-O visa based on marriage in Vietnam or Savannakhet?
Friends of mine are Thai-Korean couple. Korean husband work (legally in company) in Vietnam, while Thai wife in Thailand. What's the best option to obtain ME NON-O based on Marriage to Thai national, Savannakhet only or this may be done in Vietnam? TIA
