TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about options available after their ME Non-O marriage visa has expired and they have already utilized the 60-day extension. In response, it is suggested that they need to apply for an Extension of Stay if they wish to remain in Thailand after 26 September, although the specifics regarding requirements may vary depending on the current situation.

In the announcement you have to apply for an extension, and normally you used the one time 60 day already, seems that the 1 year is the only option or leave, not wait out until the borders are open,
I don't meet the 1 year requirements and I have nowhere to go. So leaving is not an option. I cant get a ME here in Thailand, so I'll have to wait until the borders open and go to Laos right?
Wait until after 1 Aug and this new amnesty rules comes into play, And then we have to see how immigration is going to enforce the normal pre covid requirements,
Yes, visit after 1 Aug your Immigration Office and ask how they handle this case
