TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on transferring their Thai visa to a new passport since both the work permit and passport are expiring in December 2018, but the visa itself is valid until June 2019. They have also received a comment questioning the expiration dates of their visa and any extensions of stay.

a Visa that expire in 2016 or do you have an Extension of Stay that expires on the last day of your passport validity?

Or you go back to your home country, or fly to a country where there is a Embassy from your country and apply and wait there. I will not suggest to buy one at Koa San Road, Immigration will notice the difference.

Than you take the letter you got from your Embassy, old and new passport to Immigration and they will transfer all the stamps into your new passport.
