How do I transfer my DTV visa to my new passport before it expires?
I have obtained DTV in last year. My visa is sticker visa type. Now my passport is going to expire in coming December thus I would play new passport in my resident country. How do I transfer my dtv visa to New passport? TIA.
Answer summary
When your passport is expiring, you can obtain a new one while keeping your old passport that holds the DTV visa. It is recommended to carry both passports when dealing with immigration, as there is typically no need to transfer the visa. Just show both your old and new passport to immigration officers upon arrival or departure.

Carry both passports. And show them both to immigration.

With other visas with stickers in passport like O and B immigration offices transfer them to the new passport - no idea if they did this with DTV.

In this situation, you are allowed to keep your old passport. You can present both passports (the old one with the valid DTV visa and the new one) to the immigration officers when entering or exiting the country.
There is no need to transfer the visa — just make sure to carry both passports together.
