How can I resolve issues with my denied Thai Pass application regarding hotel reservation details?
Hi Folks, my Thai Pass has been denied. They are asking for my name on the hotel reservation. That is clearly on the reservation. How can I contact them to query the problem? Many thanks.

yes strange...my wife received hers as approved with the same document...go figure.😊

submit again, they mess up sometimes. Otherwise you can call this number:+6622035000. Be aware it’s a 25/30 minute hold. Press 9 for English and then option 2.

Redo it, same time ask the hotel for a new one with your name stated multiple times

I asked the hotel to send a document showing my name, reservation details etc. I then resubmitted. It was approved within a couple of hours.

When it gets rejected, it gives you the option to change details. So I uploaded the new document then. The hotels have a ready prepared documents to assist.
