TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced a visa rejection due to a name error and mistakenly overpaid for their visa application. They are frustrated and seeking help to understand the situation and to know if they can appeal or contact authorities for further clarification. Several comments suggest the user made errors in the application process and indicate that visa fees are typically non-refundable, urging the user to learn from the mistakes and reapply.

I never got a reply to hundreds of emails, Constantly showed as processing then deleted. My friend had the same as you, wrong name, which it clearly wasn't. Paid and resubmitted, but same again. e-visa are a scam, no contact number, no emails nothing
The template for the Thai evisa is a joke. It's been made to be a cash cow. It's difficult to achieve for the average person and many will fail. When you adding more than one document to an upload it overwrites the previous document. I had to put the documents into a word document then convert it into a PDF format and upload. Many would not have the computer skills to do this. I made an error on the date of issue of my passport? No idea how I could have screwed that up. So I've paid again and I wait.
It's the same when book a flight ticket. Y'r name must be exactly as in y'r passport. In my passport it's "Petrus" but my call name is "Peter". So tickets have to be booked with "Petrus". Some airliners can correct this for some money, but some don't if it's not the passport name. Guess this is about a same problem. š¤·āāļø
I have read several times that the consulate cannot change names after a visa request is submitted. That is also why they warn several times to provide the right names. The Dutch consulate even gives examples about what to do and what not to do.
