Thai Pass delays. I submitted 5 days ago, and not a word. I checked status on the site and its says "this information is not registered". I submitted another application and it says same thing again!!
I've emailed them 2x and no response. They post phone numbers but that would cost me $3/min so I'm trying to avoid that if possible (unless TMobile/USA folks have advice for another way to call).
I'm supposed to do my PCR in 4 days, but if I'm not approved then no sense.
Any advice? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing significant delays with their Thai Pass application, submitted five days ago, with no confirmation or response received. They've attempted to check their application status online, but it states 'this information is not registered.' After reaching out via email without any replies, they are looking for alternative methods to contact support while facing an approaching deadline for their PCR test. Several commenters suggest checking the registration process, using apps like 'Text Now' or 'Skype' for cheaper calls, and recommend contacting the hotel for assistance in expediting the application.
Just open up like most countries...otherwise people will go somewhere else..long time visitor that own a unit with wife & spend a lot of money but look like my first trip to Bali coming soon ..
Hi, my sister came to Bangkok and had to apply the same ..2 times..the 2nd time I called the hotel to ask them to approve it as soon as they can, and they approved it in 8h !
This happened to me. I registered twice. First time I check status and said the same thing. Resubmitted, immediately check the status, said it was in process (or similar), a few days later I checked status again, said 'no record' (or similar). Eventually, I got an e.mail telling me it was rejected because they could not confirm the hotel. I had a friend call locally to raise hell with both the immigration and hotel. Eventually I got an e.mail telling me I was approved.
You will need to contact someone by phone. Sending e.mails was pointless.
Someone recommended skype, I haven't tried that, maybe its an option. Have a friend call on your behalf. Thai people seem very laid-back about everything which is really great 90% of the time. In situations like this it freaking nerve-wracking.
Looks like you are in the US trying to call TL. I use the "Text Now" app from the Play Store to call the US for free and it works great. I just checked their international rates and US to Thailand is 4.8¢ per minute. Maybe you should give that a try?
yes. I let autofill from my browser enter my email address but since it wasn't the exact same capitalization as I had typed into the original application it said nothing found. But when I typed it in myself with the same capitalization it showed.
, yes, I remember that happening for the previous version of test and go when I applied. It is always something I have in the back of my head when filling out forms. You'd be surprised how often you come across it.
