What should I do if I haven’t received my Thai Pass yet, and how can I inquire about its status?

Hello,

I registered for a Thai Pass on March 1, but still have not received it, or a rejection. I saw on her a few days ago that there was a number I could call to inquire, but now I can't find it. Does anybody know what this number is? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is seeking assistance regarding their Thai Pass application submitted on March 1, which remains pending. They are looking for a contact number to inquire about the status. Community comments suggest checking with the hotel for approval, reapplying if necessary, advising to contact local embassies or email support, and offering a potentially useful phone number.

Thank you! I contacted my hotel, and they said they approved it the same day I registered for the pass, and advised me to reapply since it had been so long. I have done so. All of the contact phone numbers I have found online either dont work or no one answers.

Interesting. My hotel also told me they confirmed by reservation with the Thai Pass people the day I registered, but it's been 4 days now and I haven't heard anything. I guess I'll wait a few more days and call my hotel again if nothing happens. Did you reapply already?

Same for me. Checked with hotel and they did not get it either so I reapplied yesterday

If you got the confirmation might be good to check with your hotel if they sent it for approval. They will have better contact for Thailand Pass as well.
