For those of you that have successfully received your Thailand pass, what kind of proof did your hotel provide?

I am hearing that some SHA+ hotels provide a SHABA form with a SHABA reservation ID whereas some other SHA+ hotels just provide a confirmation letter with a normal reservation ID.

Is either one valid?

Also, did you have to provide any specific proof regarding the inclusion of a PCR test in your SHA+ package, or was the letter/form from the hotel sufficient?

I will submit my application tomorrow and would like to make sure that I have the correct paperwork.

Thanks for your help.

Answer summary

The post inquires about the necessary hotel-related documentation for obtaining the Thailand Pass, specifically questioning the validity of different types of confirmation provided by SHA+ hotels. Commenters mention needing a booking confirmation, with some using Agoda reservations and others highlighting the importance of having the right documentation for PCR tests included in their hotel packages. Essentially, a valid booking confirmation is essential for the application.

You need 'booking confirmation' from the hotel where you're going to test and go or quarantine/sandbox
