What should I do if my landlord is unavailable to file a TM30 for my children's education visa extension in Thailand?

Was in chaeng Wattana today for extension of ed visa of my kids, the asked me for the tm30 that I had not done, now my landlord does not live in Thailand what is the easiest way to do it considering it has to be done in person as we are scheduled to leave the country on the 30/06? Any help highly appreciated!
