Looking to go to Savannakhet this week. I’m unable to find the form in PDF to fill it out for non O visa?

Also has anyone considered doing the evisa?

What’s the link for the files. Thanks so much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The query revolves around obtaining a non-O visa form for Savannakhet, with additional discussions about the e-visa for Laos and the visa-on-arrival process. It is noted that there is no downloadable PDF form for the non-O visa; applicants can fill out the standard visa application form on-site at the consulate. Users also advised against the e-visa due to its higher cost compared to obtaining the visa at the border.

I found TWO different thai visa application forms from the consulate in Savannakhet. I'd say don't even waste the time downloading or filling it out and just do it when you're there. Get the application for free at the consulate OR from Tony across the street.

It is difficult to find if you go on the list of consultes website there’s a link in there to savanakhet consulate website in English self explanation from there on ready just use the standard application form. I wrote non o 1 year multiple entry on mine for visa required bit. Hope that helps from google you only get the Thai version? If that’s what your asking for?

regarding the e-visa: What is that?

1. There's an e-visa on arrival for Laos. I'm not too sure about it, I suppose ask on a Laos Visa Advice group?

2. There's an e-visa on arrival system for Thailand. I believe you're from Canada, and you can't get an e-visa on arrival to Thailand.

There is indeed an E-Visa for Lao, :P It works at FIVE entry points only

Remember though if you decide to fly too Savannakhet, there is no more VOA for tourists as far as I can see. No date posted if it has been applied or not. If so,you need to use Evisa.

I recommend completing it before you get there and go early. I'm in Savannakhet now and there where about 200 people in line this morning. I got there at 8am and was about 25th. When I went by at noon there where still people in line inside the main gates.

there's that guy across the street (tony) who will make your copies and fill out your form for you too :P

There is no PDF for the Non-O visa it's just the standard visa application from the thai consulate in Savannakhet's website.

The E visa for Lao is a LOT more expensive than just buying the visa at the border.
