I know this has been asked countlessly but what are the requirements for getting the non o 1 year multi entry visa based on marriage in savannakhet? Sorry i didnt use the embassies website but i know sometimes requirements are not as they seem. Also i read you need proof of 400 k in bank or 40 k monthly income. Can anyone shed some light?

Another question can someone change a non b  based on work to non o based on marriage inside thailand?

For a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai at the thai consulate in Savannakhet you need

-the original rose bordered marriage certificate

copies of:

-front&back of the rose bordered marriage certificate

-front&back of your thai wife's i/d card

-thai wife's house book listing

-data page of your passport

-lao visa & entry stamp

you also need 2 passport sized photos,a filled out application along with 5000baht.

She signs the things with her name on them, you sign the things with yours <- meaning you BOTH sign the marriage certificate copies ;)

seems easy enough. But what do you mean by thai wife house book listing? She doesnt have a house registered for her. She lived with her family at their house and now we are staying at a rented condo

There is no proof of funds required at the thai consulate in Savannakhet Lao or Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam to get a year long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage
