My husband is currently working here in thailand with valid work permit and non b visa.. i entered thailand with a non o visa , i wasnt able to extend due to lacking documents and was expired last may 7..my husband is currently changing to a new company and i want to get a new non o visa. Any advise how can i get a new one. Does it possible to get visa without exiting thailand? Need advice. Thanks.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about obtaining a new Non-O visa while in Thailand after their current visa expired. They are under amnesty and lack the required documents for renewal. The advice provided indicates that they cannot apply for a new Non-O visa from within Thailand during the amnesty period. Instead, they must wait for the amnesty to end and then can either obtain a new visa at a Thai consulate in another country or re-enter Thailand on a visa-exempt or tourist visa before applying for the Non-O visa.
