I get the same error on web. Mobile app last time wouldn't even let me log in, now it is giving me this error after I fill the form.
should have worked, especially if you used the website, AND left out the flight number, AND used the calendar to select the date on the first page AND remembered that a TM6 arrival departure card is two letters followed by five numbers

I'm not sure what "trouble" is going on with the report. However, I just tried it and it seems to be working as normal. There are three "programs" you can use to submit a 90 day report:
If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND youâre within the proper timeframe, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.
1. Make sure youâre filling in the information, and only the information, requested.
2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly
3. Turn off any pop-up blockers
4. Turn off any auto-translate
5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications
6. If youâre using one of the applications, use the web-based system
7. If youâre using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.
8. Make sure your web browser isnât automatically filling in the forms.
9. Make sure you arenât confusing âOâ(Oh) with â0â (zero)
If the system still doesnât work, then you may need to file it in person.
