TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of applying for a one-year extension on their NON-O visa after already obtaining a 60-day extension based on marriage. A comment confirmed that it is possible to apply for the one-year Extension of Stay without needing to do a visa run to Laos, provided all necessary documentation and funds are in order.

You mentioned: " ( if I have all necessary stuff ready , money in my bank acc , papers etc ? ) ". You can apply but you must meet all the requirements and the minimum of 2 months money in the bank.
