I'm currently on Non-O (Marriage) 90 days visa. I want to get 60 days extention based on visiting Thai family. I rent a condo in Bangkok.

Which office should I apply for the extention?

if you are applying for a 60 day visit thai family extension the "family" that is thai has to go with you to the immigration office because they're the reason you get the extension 😉

you can get the 60 days extension issued if your marriage is acknowledged inside Thailand, and you need to show a freshly printed Kor Ror 22 or Kor Ror 2 (whichever applies) from the Amphur. Or preferably the rose bordered marriage certificate (Kor Ror 3)

You go to the main Immigration office at CW with the required supporting documentation plus the reason for the extension i.e. your wife
