I'm currently on Non-O (Marriage) 90 days visa. I want to get 60 days extention based on visiting Thai family. I rent a condo in Bangkok.

Which office should I apply for the extention?

Should I take my spouse with me to the office?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your Non-O (Marriage) visa by 60 days for visiting family in Thailand, you need to go to the main Immigration office at CW in Bangkok, bringing the necessary supporting documentation, including proof of your marriage. It's advisable to take your spouse with you, as they can help clarify any questions during the application process. Ensure you have the appropriate marriage documents, such as the Kor Ror 22 or Kor Ror 3, to support your application.

Not official. But my wife always comes with me-any questions and she figures it out and solves the problem.

you can get the 60 days extension issued if your marriage is acknowledged inside Thailand, and you need to show a freshly printed Kor Ror 22 or Kor Ror 2 (whichever applies) from the Amphur. Or preferably the rose bordered marriage certificate (Kor Ror 3)
