I moved from Nonthaburi to Don Mueang since a couple of months. At the end of April, I need to extend my Non-O based on marriage to a Thai national. I suppose the Immigration office at Chaengwattana road will be my new office to go to isn't it? I have a copy of our rental agreement which is in both our names.
Do they still accept a affidavit of income presented by the Belgian Embassy at Chaengwattana? In Nonthaburi this wasn't the case anymore since last year.
Thanks you so much for your info about this matter.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about extending their Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai national and whether they must go to the Chaengwattana Immigration Office after moving to Don Mueang. They also seek confirmation on the acceptance of an income affidavit from the Belgian Embassy. A comment assures them that as long as their embassy issues the affidavit, Chaengwattana will accept it, regardless of past issues at the Nonthaburi office.
