and are you currently ON a Non-O visa entry or an extension from one already? I ask because you have to have a Non-O visa to apply for a year extension based on marriage to a thai 😉

Requirements are each immigration office-specific. Forms as well. You need to go to your local immigration office to get the latest handout of requirements.

Some ask for photos from different locations, some ask for them with different people, etc.
