TLDR : Answer Summary
A visitor in Thailand on a 30-day visa exemption can extend their stay for an additional 60 days based on being married to a Thai citizen. However, this can only be done once per entry, and the process typically involves applying for the extension at an immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht. It's important to note that some immigration offices may require applicants to first obtain a 30-day regular extension before applying for the 60-day family visit extension.

if its also 1900 baht, this might be a better option
you can, but remember you can only get ONE 60 day extension based on visiting family per entry so if you use it you're done (until you exit/re-enter again)
It's 1900baht at the immigration office BUT some offices will make you take the 30 day 'regular' extension first and then apply for the 60 day visit family extension after that
