Tod Daniels Could you please advise? When my husband entered Thailand last year, he had a mutiple entries Non- O (Thai wife) visa (expires in July 2019). He, then got a job in Thailand and the company changed his visa to Work visa. Last week, he finished the contract with the company and they cancelled his work visa but he can stay in Thailand until 3rd of March. He is about to apply for a Non- O (Thai wife) visa to extend his stay. My questions are:
1. If we submit the Non-O marriage visa application and wait for the decision (1 month), during the waiting period, can my husband leave the country or he must stay in Thailand?
2. Would it be possible for him to postpone the hearing date? If yes, what do we have to do?
Thank you for your help.
