I have a Non O multiple entry visa spouse visa. I live in “our” house in Roi Et. My wife has blue house paper and I have yellow.

Do I still need to leave Thailand every 3 month, or can I just go to local Immigration Office in Roi Et to get my passport stamped???

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the requirement to leave Thailand every three months with a Non-O multiple entry spouse visa while living with their Thai wife. The responses clarify that it is generally required to exit the country every 90 days to obtain a new entry stamp. However, if the spouse visa holder applies for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage at the local immigration office, they can avoid frequent border runs and instead focus on 90-day reporting at the immigration office. To qualify for the yearly extension, the applicant must provide proof of funds or income.

If you don't want to border, bounce like that for the validity of the visa, when you have 30 days or less left on any of the 90 day entries from that visa you go to the immigration office with documentation and proof of funds (400K baht banked in a thai bank account in your name for 2 months prior to your application OR a notarized letter from your consulate stating you get over 40K baht a month in income from abroad) and apply for a "yearly extension of stay" for 1900baht. It will go under consideration for 30 days then you go back and get the year extension inked into your passport.

Once you have that you no longer need to leave thailand every 90 days and instead you would do 90 day reporting at the immigration office.

Okay
@Peter **********
, let's see if we can't sort this out for you. You are confusing a couple totally different things.

I take it you bought your year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage from a thai consulate in another country correct?

On that visa you only get stamped in for 90 days at a time, period end of story. When that 90 days is running out you go to the border, stamp out of thailand, stamp in&out of another country and stamp back into thailand to get another 90 day stamp. You do that for the validity of the visa itself (a year from the date it's issued).

You NEVER go to the immigration office and do a 90 day report because you can't stay longer than 90 days at a time.

Here it says, that there is no need to exit the country. If you are over the age of 50 you must report every 90 days to the local immigration office, which they call “90 day report”, or you can do report even On Line.

Please feel free to correct me, if I’m wrong?

That is incorrect

To get the max out of this visa, leave every 90 days, leave on or day before the Valid until/Enter Before date on the visa, get your 90 days and than apply for the Extension, than you have nearly 17 months out of this visa.

and you can do this for one yr no funds needed?

If you got this Non O Multiple Entry Non Immigrant Visa based on married with a Thai National at a Thai Consulate or Thai Embassy, yes you have to leave every 90 days the country, you can on each entry apply at your local Immigration Office for the 60 days Extension of Stay based on visiting your wife for 1.900 Thb or apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on marriage to Thai National if you meet all the requirements.
