hello community, its finally time to for me to come back to thailand and with that comes a question:
i am currently applying for the non o based on marriage (multiple entry) in my homecountry Germany.
After I arrived I will get a 90 days stamp and when this runs out i want to apply for a yearly extension based on marriage (400k in bank account) at the immigration office for 1900baht.
now to my question:
If i then want to travel can i just go in and out as much as i want during the validity of my visa or do i have to take care of anything once i come back to thailand from a trip (except the 90 day report)
let me know if you need any further information.
thank you 🙏
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about traveling in and out of Thailand on a Non-O multiple entry visa based on marriage. The responses clarify that while the multiple entry visa allows for several entries over its validity, each stay is subject to a 90-day limit before needing to leave the country. Additionally, during the visa extension process, if the user exits Thailand, a re-entry permit must be acquired to avoid losing the extension. It's emphasized that despite the multiple entry status, the Thai immigration rules require separate handling for visa extensions and re-entries.
